FAQ and Aftercare advice
Do you need a patch test
At LBL we like to do a patch test on new clients. This should always be carried out at least 48 hours prior to the treatment by applying a few lashes per eye. It is usually around 10-15 lashes per eye, the same length as natural lashes, so they nicely blend in with your own lashes and not that noticeable.
Do not get lashes wet for 24 hours
after the treatment unless your therapist has used Superbonder, then the adhesive is completely waterproof within 2 hours!
Do not steam your lashes for 48 hours
this includes hot showers, saunas, steam rooms, steam facials, etc.
Avoid the use of oil-based products
as this may loosen the bond causing the lashes to come off quicker
Do not pull or rub your extensions
this can cause your natural lashes to fall out prematurely, and can cause both breakage and permanent damage to the hair follicale
